Great video.Very informative as usual.I'm 74 yrs old still go to the gym 5 days a week.I do Cardio 30 mins each Morning.I incorporate a push pull workout at least one workout a week.I incorporate a lot of your routines in my workout.I Can't do the weight I used to do so I make up for it with more volume. You are a great motivator for me and I really appreciate all the motivation and knformation.Thank you. Stay safe.

Joe I’m pushing 60 still hitting the gym. With a lot of injuries to include getting my rotator cuff and bicep repaired 60 days ago. I’m currently performing 3-4 exercises, 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps. Much lighter weights with 30-45 second rests between sets.

Your shoulder warm-ups with a small plate should be taught in all schools and pushed as a staple before any upper body training in our awesome military. I retired in 2016 and I was able to get back in the gym and get my life back on track because of your videos. Thanks and God bless!!!

Seth, been watching your stuff for many years. Just top to bottom appreciate everything you bring to the table. Total absence of bullshit, just straight up awesome content. Training stuff, life stuff, mentality, family, values, you name it. There's been many helpful training pointers..one that sticks out specifically is a modification/stance on face pulls for rear delts- basically having the upper body leaned forward at like 45 degrees you showed at one point, never seen it anywhere else and the connection/feel is fucking great. Anyway man, keep killing it, all the best to you and your family.

Love how honest and real Seth is about his workouts, his body, his steroid use, how he's feeling, its fantastic. I wish more people would talk about this sort of stuff. I have had a similar journey of demolishing my body with heavy weight and no functional/cardio movements. And I've slowly transitioned to more functional fitness training. Love to see Seth follow the same path and take us on it with him
