As much as I like pj people being the memes of RTW I really hope they get at least a morale buff in a coming patch. Just saying it would be nice if Parthia had more options than horse archer/cataphract spam except when you need someone to sap or push a battering ram. They can still suck. Just get them to a point that they're not a liability.

Historically, Persian/Iranic groups used these bright colors cause they showed wealth and intimidated enemies surprisingly(people rarely see them). Bright colors like purple for example were pretty expense to produce, to summarize, the Persians were a fan of the Empire in Star Wars, make your troops look scary.
