The blood sugar issues and food intolerance are huge issues during adrenal fatigue. Thanks for touching on these issues.

So true. It takes a lot of patience, downtime, nurturing and introspective. All these symptoms are due to worn out adrenals and a highly taxed nervous system. Thanks Jaden, for your insight!

I can’t tell you how helpful all your videos are. I’ve been watching them for days now. I think I’m in phase 2 but setbacks knock me back to the late stages of phase 1. What did you do all day in phase 2? More bed rest? Watch shows, run errands?

I have been diagnosed with CFS and Fibromyalgia. The symptoms are almost identical to those you experienced. Both are considered to be Functional Neurological Disorders and basically a 'software' glitch in the brain. Or a hypersensitive nervous system. How big of a role do you think brain retraining had in your recovery? ie. not panicking about symptoms and managing your anxiety? I have been following your videos since my own crash in mid '21 after an extreme emotional trauma... and I recommend your channel to many others who are going through this, or similar. Thanks Jaden. Great work! Hi from Australia. 😊

CFS and fibromyalgia are often linked to adrenal fatigue. I had cfs and fibromyalgia since 2019. I saw multiple doctors who told me that everything was in my head. and it's only since I saw a functional doctor in 2022 like Jaden did to recover, that we discovered that my adrenal were messed up and also my thyroid. You cannot recover on your own. Since you need time to rest, time to heal, you need a good and healthy food, the good supplements. Now I saw this functional doctor a year ago and I'm between phase 3 and phase 4.

Hey Jaden. Is there a place we can do video requests or will we just put them in the comments ? I’m wondering specifically about brain fog, how it felt when you noticed it lifted. Gradual. Or just one day it was gone ? And which phase? It’s my most scariest symptom cause my job was a researcher and writer. I was doing a PhD and now I’m forgetting my address 😂 funny but, ya know. Thanks Jaden ! Great video. First thing I’m gonna do when I’m better is try one of those Fkn green drinks 😂😂😂

I’ve started meditating for 1 hour every evening and that has really helped. I’ve also started practicing mindfulness to counter any negative thoughts. I was previously bed bound for 8 months but I walked 40 minutes today.
