I had asthma as a child and it is now flaring up with a vengeance, not to mention I got the flu over the Christmas holiday. I started doing this practice 3 months ago and it is phenomenal. It really works and has helped me through a tough time. Thank you so much!

Dear Kseny 🌷 I enjoyed this practice after I finished a good session of pilates 😊 here in Northern Italy it's really a hot Sunday but I needed some movement for my body and mind, I feel so fine now 😌💜 thank you, have a nice week ahead 🦋🌿🤍

My wife and I enjoyed this practice. We just finished a 20+ mile bike ride and this was a perfect cool down. And to continue on your breathing theme we did five minutes of legs up the wall. Thanks for the video🌻🌻🌻

I am recovering from bacterial pneumonia. I'm not ill any more as such but my lungs are still clearing, I still have pain and my energy is very low. This really seemed to help. I will continue with this every day until I'm better. Thank you so much 💚

I've been doing dynamic stretching that incorporates a little qigong into the routines. I just found your channel the other day~. Thank you! It was time for a change in routine. I love your videos & they are helping me with my respiratory & back pain issues!🥰

Managed to not get Covid somehow all this time until two days ago😕 Qigong has really sustained me and I especially like this practice today 🙂 Thank you 🙏🏻 💚

Hi Julie, i'm sorry to hear that you are unwell. Take it easy, massage the points ST36, Hegu, Fen Chi. if you feel well enough, you can do some of my Qigong for Cold routines seated. The latest video 20 minute For Sleep is a good restorative session. Get well soon!
