😊Nice! "In ancient China, the Taoists taught that a constant inner smile, a smile to oneself, insured health, happiness and longevity. Why? Smiling to yourself is like basking in love: you become your own best friend. Living with an inner smile is to live in harmony with yourself." Mantak Chia ☯

Is yawning good? I'm a beginner.😊
@chuckheppner4384 Жыл бұрын
@@lonniecoyne454 Be very careful, yawning is contagious. 🥱 😉 Contagious yawning has been observed in humans and a growing number of social vertebrates. While the majority of studies on yawn contagion have documented this phenomenon amongst conspecifics, there is also evidence for interspecific contagious yawning among non-human animals in captivity.

Many thanks for creating this video! I found it most helpful and accessible. I chose to live my current lifetime with ROP (that's the medical terminology for my eye condition) so i'm constantly having to adapt things, so knowing that things like chacra Yoga, Chigong, and energy psychology work wonders for my independent self-healing, really helps me to accept my additional need whilst i'm stuck with it. Hence why I love your video, well done! :-). For greater accessibility, i'm going to try your exercises during soul travel. That way i'm not putting too much on my higher spiritual team's plates, and i'm trying to take responsibility for my spiritual education. Or at least trying to be an inspiring self-starter. So thank you again, and I look forward to listening to further great work! Big hug, love Rahila, one of your loyal subscribers.

Is this practice helpful to balance all 5 elements?
@Yelloow711 ай бұрын
This practice is more focused on the 7 chakras. As we manage any energy you can find benefits in other areas as well. I would suggest trying the 5 element flows in this series. We can naturally resonate with different flows at different times. 🙏❤

Does any chakra gives sign of low energy flow while tapping. E.g. any pain during tapping etc or any other signs
@Yelloow7 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question. If a chakra is uncomfortable, painful, or otherwise feels unusual it can be a sign of an unbalanced chakra. That can be too much or too little energy. First and Second have the largest correlation to your physical health and low overall energy. I hope this helps.
