This looks good, I just wish I could join the standing practice! Would love to see a seated version. I have end stage arthritis of both hips, awaiting surgery. Hello Nick, thx for sharing your knowledge and experience. I used to practice qigong under a guidance of a chinese teacher and due to the language barrier I could not discuss with her my condition and request a specific advice on possible medical application of the exercises. Yet, I experienced frequently emotional release (breaking into tears) during our sessions and wanted to know more about using this practice for getting in touch with represses emotions and transmuting the energy behind it. So I welcome, that there is more content available now on medical qigong. I wish you all the best.
