Thank you so much! I had heard of Qigong about 4-5 years ago but couldn’t find any place in my city to go to. Years later (after isolating from Covid gave me an anxiety disorder and depression) I am thrilled to see so many youtubes on Qigong. Your videos are so helpful, you don’t rush and you explain as well.

focus your intention on visualizing yourself doing the movement. That is more than enough to stimulate the Qi movement. Remember "Where the mind goes the Qi follows!"
