Thank you for making this and sharing for free. Applying for disability in my thirties and dealing with cptsd , p.n.e.s., ongoing tendonosis in my wrists and hands, chronic back pain and living w emotionally/mentally abusive parents. Ive been trying to do qigong in the mornings. I feel more peaceful during and afterwards like when I used to do yoga every morning. Because of my back pain I haven’t been able to do much physical activity lately though even Thai chi was too much for me, so that’s why I’m trying qi gong. Thank you so much for sharing these videos with us here. 🙏🌸☮💚🌈⛅

thanks, nick! not sure how else to tell you - but thank you for helping me get through my mom's passing/hospice care earlier this year - i did your videos daily and they kept me right where i needed to be mentally, physically and spiritually - continuing to do your qi gong videos always reminds me of that sad/precious/beautiful time of my dear mother's passing. it is often said we may never know how we impact others - i wanted you to know you will forever be a reminder of that end-time with my mother - and that time was beautiful. thank you!

This is really great Nick, I like how you add explanations of why you are doing a certain movement or breathing approach. It reinforces why we practice Qigong in the first place. Many Thanks from South Africa

You could always do things with just one arm I suppose. Or take a break altogether and switch to meditation and breathwork for a few weeks. You might like my “Samurai Breathwork” video 😆
