Hi kseny, good morning! The more I do qi gong with you the more I am in awe of the practice. I find the meridians fascinating. Thank you for teaching me so much. Ps india is starting to mature and turn it a most amazing adolescent - am most grateful!

I love all your videos so far, but I am enjoying the increased periods of silence in this one. I am gaining confidence and needing to look less at your demonstrations on the screen and beginning to be able to keep my head straight and focus more on my own movements. I have been struggling to maintain my balance when pushing the sky up while trying to stand up on my toes but your guidance here was helpful. Thank you, Kseny! Namaste

didn't say when to take breaks on the knee tapping so harder to follow along there but other than that loved it

it gets easier after a few times:) You can take a break anytime you want, in qigong we learn to listen to the body just as much as to the verbal instructions on the screen. I'm glad you enjoyed the routine
