i follow y today--in fact , it"s sooth !! i m feeling well ( by t he way, i participate in a moving workshop ..very interesting ( the last time, we practice mouvement from the ground ( we were back to t he future : we were child (capacity) again...full of (re) discovering ...i deserve yr workshop , kseny!!

i have done it--- easy to follow-- i try to be the good learning boy more or less (my body has to express himself too lol) thank's and stay safe kseny // and i have continued with some gymnastic exercice because i have a lot of delay in my too quick old body ( i h choosen to lost my fitness, why??? to feel the oldiness lol)

Excellent ☯️ Do you know any Qigong to fix/ help neuropathy ( the , progressively increasing, loss of feeling/ numbness in the toes, feet & legs - with stabbing/ burning pains) - not diabetic - undiagnosable cause, but the nerves stop working properly. ???

From a Qigong stand point a good circulation to the legs is essential to keep legs healthy. Focusing and watching a video at the same time is not really helpful The body is too tense because the brain is concentrating on the video So there are no relacing impulses being sent to the muscles Rethink in order Shame because it usually like your videos
