Qigong practice made easy.
What has combing hair got to do with qigong practice? Many qigong teachers introduce the movement either during or after qigong exercises. Why is that so? If there's a point of convergence there, what other recommendations would you give regarding its treatment? For example, is wearing a hat a bad idea? Is getting a haircut good or bad for you?

Just massaging the point gently is already helpful in promoting health. :) There are other treatments if need be, and they are beyond the scope of the discussion.

It isn't easy to describe it in a few words, but one of the ways to do it is to breathe the air into your tummy and send it softly to the scalp. Just for reference. 😀

What is critical is not to comb the hair but to massage the head. There is an acupoint on the crown known as "bai hui", which means "hundreds of channels converge". Gently massaging the head is an excellent way to stimulate the flow of energy and improve health.
What is qigong? It gets your body to work on you
