I'm 79 and work at a desk, and have gotten flabby during Covid lock-down, from which I have not altogether recovered yet. (I need to rejoin either a gym or a swimming pool which I used often until 15~16 months ago.) Some algorithm popped you up at me, excellent Thich Man Tue ( Brother Insight), and I followed along -- in two eight minute stretches a couple of hours apart. Pure pleasure! And a good deal of good for my flaccid muscles. Thank you, Brother Insight! I shall return...

Thank you Teacher for this Qigong. I am in Port Huron, Michigan and there are groups that practice Mindfulness of Thich Nhat Huhn. I practice your Qigong because majority are men's groups instead on the Susie's of Australia. 🙏
