This is the 10 Minute Qigong Massage Head, Brain, and Shoulders.
Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax Head, Brain and Shoulders, Release Tension and Stress from your Head, Stop your Thinking, and Refresh youself to sleep well.
You can Practice 10 minutes during Break Time, and before going to bed. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise

This massage is awesome!!!! I´ve no problem with getting asleep, but with this massage I wake up much better, I´ve noticed a great difference.

Thank you Brother Insight!!! I just finished this practice for the first time. I really appreciate the portion where we breathe our anxieties into the Earth. That makes me feel connected to Mother Earth and it's like I can tell her about it without words and she will help me let go. Letting go is something all of us do not understand naturally--even if we are 37. Love & Freedom to you all 🤎

Thank you so much for posting this video. I was following the routine. When my head was on the ground and you said to let go of your anxieties and worries into the ground, I burst into tears sobbing. I needed the release. I have been going through so much that I haven’t been able to sleep for about two months now. I will be doing this every night and hope I’ll start to sleep better. Once again, thank you so much.

Thank you, brother insight, for this wonderful video. I also love the sounds and seeing the rocks and the great view in the background. I've had fatigue for 5 days, so I thought I'd start off sitting down. Halfway through, I felt my energy coming back and by the end, I was standing up doing some other qigong exercises. I did it in the morning which worked very well.
