This is the 20 Min Qigong Self Massage Daily Routine.
Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax, Rest, Release Tensions of Your Body, and Improve your Health; Let Go of Worries, Anxieties, and Heal Your Mind.
You can apply this routine 20 minutes in the morning, or in the afternoon during Exercise Time. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this massage movements exercise.

BR Insight is there a specific massage to stop eye twitching,please? I suspect I have this now due to stress about what's going on in the world, but my eye twitching is so annoying if there's any massage specifically for stopping it, please help me find it ❤️💗

This is one of the most incredible videos to do every day. I am going to bring this to my senior exercise group and tell him about it because this can be done sitting on your bed and not the floor for those of us who are older. I had woken up from a terrible nightmare. No more sad but I was rather rattled and needed to calm down and this just popped up when I was looking for something else. I’ve done a tiny bit of this with a chigong Master Over 40 years ago but it never left me but I still didn’t do it and now at 75 I realize that I have to bring this back into my life…

Thank you I followed through with the entire exercise, even as I could not sit in the lotus position I was not able to do the exercise touching head on the ground with the hands stretched out in front, but grateful that I was able to fully participate in all the others. I've knee problems

Hello and thank you for this wonderful video. it is great after my work. I have a question. I work with patients with dementia and have used some of these type of massage when my client is very agitated. Do you have or can you, please make a video with types or principal massages we can use with them. Also, a guide for carers including family members.
