When I had a NDE, Out of body experience, There were three spirit guides there, the one that stood in the back I have always called the shy one. He looked like you* You remind me of him so much* I am happy you are on the internet~ Blessing to you. Blessing to me*

1Feedback: You do qi gong too fast. So fast that people can't learn the movements properly and can get injured (neck and back movements has to be light and slow) You maybe can take more time to explain properly the moves. You're a master of qi gong. KZbin viewers are amateur and would like to learn. You never count reps and go from one move to another very hard and it feels not good. The viewers don't have time to feel and enjoy the moves. When they start to learn and to feel the move, you start the next move. Maybe try to say how much reps you would like to do (5 each side for example) You look like robot doing Qi Gong and not like a Person that feels it Here my two cents!
