Thank you so much for this. 🙏 Had painful back and bloating for the past few days due to anxiety and stress. Refused to take any meds even though I was struggling. I happen to see your video on the three massage of the hands and i had tried it and i felt the benefits of doing it from now on then i saw other 10 exercises for the fingers while viewing i am also doing it for me and it worked, i don’t feel pains anymore on my fingers...and to thank you for teaching us your best ways of massaging, i am now your new subscriber. I’m still super skeptical but I subscribed and going to try this everyday! Looks like those tai chi movements my grandma and her gang used to do. I after so many accidents and surgeries, ive resorted to being my grandma😂
