Thank you so much for this. 🙏 Had painful back and bloating for the past few days due to anxiety and stress. Refused to take any meds even though I was struggling. I did this once before going to bed last night and I woke up feeling so much better with almost no pain. Movement really is medicine. I can't thank you enough! ❤

Oh, hi Mr. Qigong. I happen to see your video on the three massage of the hands and i had tried it and i felt the benefits of doing it from now on then i saw other 10 exercises for the fingers while viewing i am also doing it for me and it worked, i don’t feel pains anymore on my fingers...and to thank you for teaching us your best ways of massaging, i am now your new subscriber.
