This helps a lot just now as I have occipital neuralgia and I basically can’t do a lot unless i release tension from head and neck areas . Thank you for this video it is helping greatly 💜🌈

Oh, this is so good! 💜 I just found out about Qigong and decided to do some exercises. Exactly today my headache is at its worst. As an illustrator, I also suffer from neck and shoulder pains because of my posture while working. I felt the need to share this with you because as soon as I finish the sequence I felt great relief 💜💜💜 thank you so much!

This short video is perfect for beginners. I never thought the first Qigong video I am really watching and practising is in English. I really enjoyed it. I did this one after a hour study, and my body feels tight. After doing this, I can move on to another activity now. Thank you for sharing! Will watch more and keep trying other practise.

Thanks Kseny! I appreciate you vids a lot. The explanations helps me become more aware and make it more intentionally for me. I was dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder tension which is causing me a huge headache, lack of focus and don't have the energy to be motivated. Just wanted to thank you for leaving these video's on the channel / accessible to the world ;) I have saved this one and several others you made - as I keep returning to them whenever I feel I need them. Almost without fail, this one (and the other one you made outside, to release headaches / shoulder tension) help me to release what seems an incidental PMS headache. No matter how intense the headache I manifested for myself, your excersizes really help reduce it from 75% to 100%!! I am brand new to Qigong and know hardly anything about it. Just looked it up on KZbin to see what it was about. Currently I'm seeing a physical therapist for neck & shoulder pain (arthritis, etc) and think that this can be a wonderful addition to offer some relief...thank you! :)

Wow - this was amazing. I have whiplash and post concussion syndrome and when i first get up i am stiff as a board and in pain. - it usually takes me about 6 hours to get fluid movement at all. Not only was i able to do movements that i thought "i can't do that" - - -but at one point i realized how stiff the small of my back was, at that moment you said something like "soften the body , let it move" - and i thought 'yes, that's right - LET the body move - don't MAKE it move" - and i was able to do those curls and stretches - Awesome - i love you dear lady

Just got my Covid booster and have some pain upon awakening. More pain than my last vaccines, so thought it couldn’t hurt to do this routine. Thank you, it helped me relax the whole neck and shoulder areas. 🙏🏻

I have fused vertebrate in my neck and have 24/7 headaches that vary in intensity. I was borderline migraine this morning and this took the intensity down at least 50% thank you!

The headache is gone in the midle of the exercise and I could feel the taste of the bile ...Thanks for all Kseny. Taking omeopatic medicine just for the liver, now in the period that there's a natural worst before getting better, it'was a relief,.
