Remember, Qigong is a gentle and meditative practice, so listen to your body and adjust the intensity according to your comfort level. Feel free to modify the exercises if needed and honour your body's limits.

He was! It was still quite warm for him when I filmed, he was sleeping inside. Did you see my Shorts video of him being brushed?

Morning kseny, what a lovely start to this practice. It really served me as we approach the time to leave south africa for uk. We have a lot of stuff to get rid off during thus time so the heat is on! The girls are doing very well with their crate training. Have a fab day!😂🐶🐶

Hello Kseny,i loved this routine So much and will be doing it before bed.just perfect and think i can modify it to sitting when i am so tired at night. Tyvm for yr excellent instruction and i see Altai enjoyed his brushing.😊. Also do u have a video for bladder meridian? 💕 🐶 blessings
