This 20 minute Qigong morning routine will work your entire body, providing a good stretch for the neck, shoulders and the upper back. The Crane movement from the Five Animals Qigong is good for stretching the spine and the hips as well as open the chest for better breathing. It also helps to strengthen the muscles of the legs and aid balance and coordination.
Note: Be gentle to yourself & your body and avoid straining too hard. You will get more benefits and (stretching) from being relaxed and loose in the body than doing it through force.
