Hi Aymen, good question, thanks. When we stretch and activate the muscles, use nose/mouth method. When there are no or very little physical movement involved you can try nose/nose. The breath should always be tension free, gentle and slow. You are doing great, keep it up! Best wishes,

Oh, many thanks, Kseny! Another very nice video. You spoil us. :o) I note on this one you did something that reminded me of of "Open the Chest and Hold a Cross" that you did on your very beautiful 8 Pieces of Brocades video. I would love to see you include Open the Chest and Hold a Cross and/or other variations of it on a short (5-10 minute) video routine. Arms crossed in front and then moving to a cross would be lovely. (kind of a combination between what you did on this one and what you did on 8 Pieces.) I really appreciate your work so much. It helps me feel better. :o)

Hi Jane and many thanks for your feedback. It's a pleasure, I'm glad that Qigong make you feel better! There are many variations of this movement, all are designed to open and stretch the chest for better circulation and better breathing. I'll try to put together a short sequence aimed at the chest an arms. You can also join me for a Live Qigong class today where I incorporate some of the Hold a Cross exercises. This is a good alternative exercise that helps to really open and stretch the upper body kzbin.info/www/bejne/jIiblmaGjMqKo8k All the best,
