Nice one! This will definitely save a lot of time. I have seen a massive improvement in my physique and flexibility by following your videos. I try as best I can to always warm up and cool down using your videos. Only started going to gym recovering from a broken leg around three or so months ago and I honestly feel in better shape now than I was before the injury. Keep up the good work! Watching from Zimbabwe.
