QUICK 5MIN WARM UP // For before your workout
I realise that we don't always have lots of time for our training and fitting our workouts into a busy work life is hard. That why I created this QUICK 5 minute complete full body warm up routine to complete before your workout! This includes dynamic stretching, some bodyweight exercises and a little bit of cardio at the end to get your heartrate up. I'll be guiding you through the whole warm up and letting you know exactly what's coming next. So let's do it!
5 MINUTES // DYNAMIC BODYWEIGHT STRETCHES
You will need: Small space, no equipment
20SEC - ARM CIRCLES FORWARD
20SEC - ARM CIRCLES BACKWARD
20SEC - SIDE BENDS
20SEC - CHEST OPENER
20SEC - SIDE TWIST
20SEC - HIP ROTATIONS
20SEC - STANDING MARCH
20SEC - SQUATS
20SEC - ALTERNATING HAMSTRING STRETCH
20SEC - TOE TAPS
20SEC - BACK STRETCH TO FORWARD FOLD
20SEC - LIGHT JOG ON THE SPOT
40SEC - JUMPING JACKS
