Having problem with holding the tension in scapula after the first reps.. the bar is straight when i lift off the racket but after the first reps its almost always uneven. The bar is always higher on my left side..any tips to a swede? Keep up the good content!

Put tension into the bar before you lift off to get set up. Pull your butt towards your upper back, improve your arch, feet firmly planted, and as said in the vidoe make sure the bar is over your mouth/nose before unracking

Either you doing it right, or you fck up your rotator cuff, because the sorenes almost at the same place
