I wish I had your advice 10 years ago. I’m 67 and have horrible pain and horrible posture. I’ve been told to take 4 to 5 Advil every 6 hrs for pain. Your videos have already helped with the pain in my neck and shoulders. I am so glad I found you. I will keep watching.

I know it’s a simple tip, but I never thought about setting a timer to remind yourself about your posture. Great video! I came here just to check out the Buffalo Hump exercises, and found a treasure of other exercises. These videos are actually inspiring me to give extra focus on my posture☺️

Oh this makes so much more sense. I always try to fix my posture and think I just gotta roll my shoulders back and then I think that looks off and bad too and just wasn't understanding why I looked bad with both 'good' posture and bad. Lol. Now I can finally actually improve my posture!

This is a wonderful vidéo for all thé people liké me who know that they have a bad posture but do not know how keeping correcting it during the day without forgetting all thé time. Personally i find it also very useful to show exactly which part of thé back needs to get involved and why, that explication helps to do thé exercice correctly and to understand why it will work. Have been visiting a chiropractor for the last month due to migraines from an old whiplash injury, my last appt she set of a migraine that lasted 4 days by massaging the area at the base of my skull this caused extreme back pain as well. I know I carry a lot of tension in my back, never once has she mentioned my posture, i was thinking about this problem just the other day and then I saw your post. I will be practising this technique daily now, its so simple once you know how. Thankyou for your information I know this will improve the tension I hold aswell.

Your videos help me so much. Used to feel pain when I tried to stand straight, but after doing your exercises, I can stand straight better. Now working on maintaining better posture and keep it up on doing your exercises to achieve better figure. I lost a bit of fat around my shoulders and it makes my neck look slightly longer 👍🏻 I guess the better posture also helps.

Sir, theat means scapula positioning is useless? Because many coaches say you have to actively bring yor shoulders back and down and with this position you should perfom exercises

If you work sitting down is the method of getting the correct posture the exact same? Or are there any adjustments because of the angle of the pelvis or indeed any way of knowing that you are sitting on the seat itself at the correct angle? This obviously has an impact on where are weight of your body rests etc. Thanks 😊
