Here are some quick and great stretches to remove the knots from your neck and shoulder blade area.
Quick and easy, 50-second stretches for muscles in the area between your shoulder blades and your neck.
Pay special attention to the last two stretches as you might not have seen these before.

I’ve always just used the tennis ball in a sock until this video when I tried your stretching techniques and wow… what a difference! The first and second stretches were the most helpful. Thank you!!

Super grateful to have found this video. Have done these simple stretches the past two days to self-manage a muscle knot in the shoulder blade that was in such spasm it was knocking the wind out of me with certain movements! I accidentally found this. And love it. I do yoga, and see a chiropractor regularly. I have fusion in my neck, and this is brilliant and so is the video on the buffalo hump. So much good info. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. 👌🏻

With my AS condition, I always have SO MUCH neck and shoulder pain. This video was honestly a godsend! I haven't felt relief like this with stretches ever before. I'll have to share it with my mom, who has the same condition so she can feel it too! Thank you so much!!!

Thank you Jasper all the exercise are very simple to follow and just with only 2 days o doing them I can feel the difference in my neck I haven't got the pain any more, the simple advice is to persevere doing the exercises . YWTL great exercises.

Thank You, I had always used a racketball lying on the ground on the rug to try to rub out the knots. And a golf ball on the souls of my feet for reflexology, while I sat at my desk. Will add these exercises. TY

Thank you! A month or so back, while driving I had my seatbely on, and got this itch in my left shoulder, so I used my left hand to deal with that itch, or tried to, as im fat aswell, and at the same time I got a cough or sneeze. Ever since then I got a somewhat discomforting pinching pain in my left shoulder, nothing too sharp, just discomforting to know it was always there, as days passed by. I didnt even know what to search for when I got this, thanks to you, Im guessing its just a knot in the shoulder blade. Will definately try these exercise, and I hope Im able to resolve this. Bless you. P.S. I also have a nerve pain/twisted nerve in my right thigh socket (where it meets the inner hip, balls) which prevents me from lifting my right knee up to my hip level with ease, when trying to wash my feet, while balancing on the left foot. I can do the same from left foot easily. I never had this before, but now Im living with this discomfort for a year now. It happened when I did some cold stretches at the park, ust before my walk.

@@MiltonChiropracticClinic I a a health worker with neck/shoulder problems. Usually at the beginning of a shift, i do some stretching and massage because my neck/shoulder is so tight. As i said, i will practise, so i started doing your movement last night combining this and your other video, and this morning i felt so relieved. I thought about seeking a physio/chiro, but it won't be necessary any more. Thanks so much for sharing!! It's not just thumbs up for the video, it's arm and leg up too. HAHA!! Highly recommended for those with neck/shoulder prob.
