should i even bother doing a turbo m52 build for drifting or just go straight ls swap. seems like you didn't have the turbo setup for long

My turbo setup was slapstick....no engine work was done other than headstuds even used the stock 200k head gasket. It ran great if I were to do the turbo setup again I would use an MLS head gasket and gap the rings for boost. Having said that, after drifting in my buddies ls e36 the drivability of the ls was way smoother not to mention if I'm at the track and blow a water pump or powersteering pump autozone carries all the ls parts on the shelf. Good luck with autozone having m52 parts in stock. So for me it came down to having less complex of a motor and ease of replacement parts. Let me know what your thoughts are on my opinions. Also the ls build should be done in a week or two and I will have an update video.
