Oh, wow, a new favorite routine! I'm learning to face palms to sky with soft bend in wrist & not hyperextending elbow/arms as I work on PT for elbow, wrist, hands. Yes, every time we paused, I could feel the tingling and energy in the area we had just worked on. Those mini pauses and check ins were very cool. Thank you for the gift of your calming, yet energizing, routines! They are a blessing in these times.

It's cool how some Vids are no talking and we simply follow your movements, but sometimes I want a video with verbal instruction so it's good that you have that too - it's nice to have the option. I LOVE tapping so am always happy when you incorporate that into your routines! I do have a quick question - what would be the phonetic way to pronounce your name? :)

I continue to love the tapping portions, but I'm noticing it's hard to stay elevated on my toes--I started wobbling and tensing, so I've been going up briefly, but coming down quickly. Also, near the end, I don't find it relaxing to drop down from the toes which is jarring, so I ease down instead. I can't tell if this makes a difference to the practice, since I don't want to lose the good feelings from the earlier sections.
