It's a really tough move, keep practicing! It'll probably feel stiff and awkward for awhile, and then all of the sudden you'll get the hang of it. Enjoy!

I’ve been doing figure 8’s and circles and so on after watching another of your workouts and it has stopped me waking up in the night with severe sciatica pain - so no more painkillers, plus I am losing belly weight and getting this sculpted look about my hips and belly after just a month of daily 10 min workouts. i like this exercise it's fun and fluid though i find it challenging to feel it in one of my legs and I'm not sure why. i move both in the same ways but only one feels any kind of burn. it's weird

Your core will be gently activated throughout this workout, but please don't ever feel like you're squeezing or "clenching" your pelvic floor/core during this routine... you want to feel like your muscles are active, but also super supple and responsive! If you have a history of pelvic floor hypertonicity (too much tightness), then please pause the video halfway through and intentionally relax/release your pelvic floor and core muscles.
