The 25 day challenge - Day 18 whoop whoop! So grateful for these workouts... my daughters say I look taller! I did not even know that strengthening my posture muscles was a thing until working out with you and it is an AMAZING side benefit (in addition to the others) that I am getting. So much so that it does not hurt to stand properly and have proper posture and my muscles are willing and able to pull my shoulders down and back. So grateful for all the benefits I have gotten and am getting from working out with you!

Love your no BS teaching PJ 💗 That thigh gap business - it's so silly isn't it? We are all different body shapes and each one is beautiful! Some women are built to have a thigh gap, some are not. Some women are built to have a curvaceous booty, some are not. Some women are lean and some are heavy set. Etc etc! The best we can do is love the body we are in, never compare ourselves to others and follow your workouts to be fit and functional in our beautiful ageing and varied bodies. It's taken me decades (now 50) to really understand this.

I had total hip replacement eight months ago and was stiff ever sense. I am on day 18 of your 25 day challenge and feel so much better! I have more movement in my hip. This workout was excellent! I love how you do squats AND lunges regularly. I have become so much stronger and it feels good! Once you get the hang of them, it results in a good strong feeling both mentally and physically if that makes sense! Keep em' coming😁

I'm a couple of days behind but am now definitely noticing results doing the 25 day program 😊 My husband even commented that my arms look more toned today(!) plus my Fitbit tells me that my resting heart rate has gone down from 64 beats a minute to 60 over the last few weeks 👍😃

This workout sums up exercising with Queen PJ. It has everything, the clear explanation of each movement (first time I've ever got fire hydrant right yay), the intensity, that first exercise oh my where are my muscles again?, and the humour, I'm so with you for the husband potential and his CV. I've 'done' a lot of KZbin trainers and won't be bothering again now I've found PJ. Only blip, and it's all on me, I suffer bad reflux and can't risk eating the little snack I could do with before my workouts so sometimes I'm a bit too shaky to finish and that's a disappointment coz it's not the enthusiasm that's lacking 😂

2022/18 was a crush, so creative to focus on a very specific part of the body. I felt my inner thigh from 1st rep ! You said "heavy dumbbell" but didn't tell which weight you were using, so I think I took too heavy for a unilateral move. Please PJ don't forget to give us the weights for reference.

I am really enjoying your workouts. I stumbled upon them while looking for stability ball workouts. I tried 3 other instructors and I really didn't care for them. Either the workout didn't seem effective, it was to hard/easy, or the music was absolutely horrible! After doing your stability ball videos a bunch of times, I looked for others to try. I am currently doing the 15 day challenge, but I also sometimes do others; either a stretch or a cardio finisher, sometimes just another video if I have the time and the strength! I joined the patreon community at the only level I can afford right now (which is VERY reasonable). Last year I subscribed to Tracey Anderson, and although I thought the workouts were good, I found it extremely expensive. I injured myself doing one of her workouts (my fault, I over did it) so I had to stop. I'm so glad I found Fitness with PJ! I feel the workouts are just as good, if not better, I feel very little risk of injury, it's way more affordable, and your dogs are super cute. That being said, can you PLEASE add some more stability ball workouts? Its my favorite piece of equipment and I really want to use it more. Thank you!

WOD! Leg day is my favorite day and although my glutes are numbed right now , it’s a feeling I love when it comes to leg day . Thanks PJ, see you tomorrow ! (I’m still 3 workouts behind but I’ll get there ).
