Great advice Tony. How many 3 minute rounds would you advise for a 42 year old just trying to stay fit, in place of, or as well as the treadmill on cardio days?👍

Have you used one of those boxing headband balls? I ordered one after watching Paige Van Zant have fun with one .... & I just looked like a giggly drunk person. Have you used one? What do you think of them?

This came just in time right after the footwork video. You have an important gift, knowing what the people are looking for at the exact right time, because these two were exactly the two factors that I needed to work on LAST week.

Use the Mexican style where you throw a big swinging right and they shift everything to their left exposing their liver for a liver knockout or at least floor them and cause fear.

Great video once again. Thanks man. I started boxing training just over a year ago. And found your channel back then. I’m 51 now. When I was a young punk I was in street fights all the time because I loved fighting. I finally stopped after going to jail a few times. I’m have way more skills now as an old man than I did when I was young and fearless. I just love the sweet science. 🤙

Great stuff, thanks. Due to your videos I have added 3x1 minute rounds of shadow boxing to my `general `workout of press-ups, etc. I box against my reflection in my patio windows. I have mastered the jab and the left cross with the hip and feet movement, with the exhale but the head movement is very hard to keep up. Yesterday, I was out there in the ice with a balaclava and thick coat on, puffing away. (I`m only 62).

Just doing this for fitness and not to actually get into boxing. This video helped a lot since there are no specifics for boxing, but rather how to start and what to improve/work on! If you dont know how to actually shadow-box, its hard to get the most out of it. Learning that in 3 minutes? there is no better price for such crucial information!

Love this video insanely good advice. Shadow boxing is extremely awkward but any boxer worth his weight knows. This is part of boxing that makes habits instinctive. So if you get punched in the face your mind should react accordingly.
