I haven't done this one in awhile! Loved that it switched quickly between moves to keep me working hard while keeping my mind engaged (when my mind stays busy it's easier to push myself without feeling like I'm doing something really hard!). I'm excited to order and try your Step Across America. I'm not quite ready as I've just begun doing your workouts at 95% speed - I was at 90% for almost a year, and before that I could only do 80-85% depending on the workout. Hoping I can keep working out consistently so it doesn't take me another year to get to 100%! Thank you so much for your wonderful workouts.

This was a great workout! I really liked the % timer. My kids kept saying, "You're 'blank' percent done!" And I LOVE that you had your little one with you.

I started my health journey back in 2016. I do these step workouts several times a week. I have officially lost 7st and 3lbs. (101lbs) You can do it. Jenny you have changed my life and I'm LOVING the cross country DVD.

This is absolutly great !!! I did it today...and I'm always astonished in how many different ways you compose the basic steps to a new combo !!! It's never a boring workout with you, seriously !!! My little favorite one is the "3 turn step- squat" thing of the second combo : very nice !!! Wish I could attend one of your step class, meet you in person and give you a big hug. Thanks, Jenny for being such a good motivator for me so I can stay on the ball with my everyday workout. Bye!

Did this yesterday, loved it, I like to try new ones everyday. Also love the % timer, what a great idea. Believe it or not, now I am addicted to step aerobics. I also like strength training, so the videos with weights included are my favorites. I could be wrong but somehow I feel you concentrate more on upper body when it comes to strength training. I hope you come up with a video with more emphasis on the lower body, especially hips, butt and thighs. Thank you for all the wonderful videos.

Great workout! I think I lost about 10 lbs. just doing these 😁. These are tough enough for someone who’s starting on intermediate steps, but easy enough for a beginner. My favorite part of this workout though was the last 10-min. cool-down period 😂🤷🏻♀️

Hi Jenny! Haven't done your workouts in a while. Revisited your STB2 today and remembered just how much I heart you. I have doing hiit and pylos lately and its has been hurting in a bed way. Your workouts will be perfect to alternate with the hiit ones to tone my lower half. I have a mermaid bridesmaid dress I need to rock in August and I know you will help me feel fabulous. Any chance of more SBS workouts? I have mastered 2 & 3 and the advanced are to complicated for me. I will try this one I do like 1 hour workouts so maybe I will double up. LOL!
