It's not in your mind, it is in your gut. Research in the last 30 years attests to how important it is to listen to our gut. Those feelings in the gut we feel of fear or apprehension should be listened to---it may mean your survival. Dangerous Personalities: amzn.to/2Ja42Tf

Thank you!!! This is such an interesting topic. I remember working in a kiosk and some guy came up and talked, standing on the same side of the counter as me. I got a bad gut feeling from him and afterwards I was wondering what it was that made me feel bad about him. In general I rely so much on my gut feeling so I agree very much with you!

I think it's always wise to do that. At a minimum, it makes us more cautious and more observant.

Yes, whenever I've had an uneasy sense about someone I've regretted not taking any notice of that feeling. This is so true.

Yes, it's so good. We have that part of the brain that assesses the world quickly and reacts to it even before we have a chance to think about it.

So true Joe. I convinced my teenage daughter to read it and she tells me examples in the book that she has learnt when she is out. The next book is Dangerous Personalities.
