നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ബോറടിക്കാനുള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ ബോറടിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വീഡിയോ മുഴുവൻ കണ്ട നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒരു പരാജയമാണ്. അപ്പോൾ ഒരു ദിവസം എത്ര മണിക്കൂറുകൾ നിങ്ങൾ ബോറടിക്കുന്ന വീഡിയോകൾ കാണാനായി ചെലവഴിക്കും. എനിക്ക് ഈ വീഡിയോ ബോറടിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ 2 മിനിട്ടിനുള്ളിൽ skip ചെയ്തേനെ. ഞാൻ ഇത് 12 മിനിറ്റ് കണ്ടത് valuable ആയത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. എന്റെ സമയയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മോട്ടിവേഷനും.

Few set of people whom i would blame squarely. 1. Doctors: - These are people who should be advising and setting healthy life style chart for patients. Doctors should prescribe medicine as quick fix but should set a short term, Medium term ad Long term targets. This includes diet and dietary habits Life style habits health and fitness habits. Never I have seen a doctor say to patients EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY OR EAT WITH A GOOD TIME GAP SO THAT FOOD TAKEN EARLIER IS DIGESTED. THE LAST MEAL SHOULD BE ATLEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE SLEEP. 2. Thee fitness influencers and instructors : - these crooks sell dreams to gullible people and never have any plan to or how the way to go about in achiving their clients dream. 3. The individuals/patients : - most of these are people who think they know more and better than doctors. But will never be a good student and seldom have discipline in their life.
