How many of you newbie subscribers like me feel like you could watch Rachel all day and feel like you’ve known her for a long long time?? She’s the kind of person you’d love to have as a neighbor too. Just watching her makes you feel that way. I think she’d be great on a show like MasterChef too….!! My Dad always said to never trust a skinny cook! The best cooks I've ever met have always been like me, a little plump! My husband always compliments my cooking and tells everyone that I am a good cook. He calls me "Betty Crocker" because I won the "Betty Crocker" award years ago. I am 73 & grew up on Mexican food. But Chimis are a newer form, our Hispanic cook always laughed about them but I have had a few at restaurants. I liked the fact that you served them with some of the meat.
