I don’t know about other countries but we in Poland (and I think most of Eastern Europe countries), we use homemade canned food a lot! Since I remember, my Mum has been doing homemade jams, pickled cucumbers, onions, peppers, homemade canned winter salads, purees and even juice concentrates. Most of us live in apartments but in every city we have city gardens, which is a territory where one can rent or buy a tiny piece of land and plant different kind of food there (starting with tomatoes, through strawberries, up to walnuts). Or just have an own piece of grass :) My Mum taught me tons about preserving food in different ways and oh God, now as an adult, my gratefulness is beyond words! :)

Yes, even in apartments, we use our balconies to store some jars on some shelves, over the winter. It's such a routine over here, in Romania.

Not a very common practice here in the US. I’m surprised some parts of the US like the Midwest might do it more often but overall it’s not common. It’s something I’d love to try out whenever I get my own place. I have a small garden at my parents house now but it’s not much. Practice for later :)
Your life is definitely Goals. Your consistency and habits are Goals. Your videos are calming and you are extremely talented and grounded . Definitely someone I aspire to be like although you probably are younger than me. Far away from all the KZbin drama you’ve made an amazing life for yourself and your beautiful family.

After watching this video, I subscribed to your channel! I have been neglecting my handstand practice but, I've been playing piano every single day for hours to the point my hand feels too tight to move. I'm self taught and having a creative outlet has improved my health as well as journaling, yoga, reading, and studying. You are goals love! I want to be as good as you at handstands and consistency with these daily habits.

I remember when I was 13 yrs.old, my mother and I went to spend the whole summer after school in Mannheim Germany to stay with my grandmother, aunt, uncle and cousins. We went to the black forest and picked raspberries then brought them home to grandma to make jam and can them. Every weekend we'd go to the outdoor market and get fresh produce, fish, flowers, etc... Your video brought those wonderful memories back. Kudos to you for being able to do headstands. I'd break my neck!

Girl you’re AMAZING. I can’t get enough of seeing you making the most of your time. IDK if I still have some depression from the beginning of the year, but I lose energy every afternoon and need to take a nap (2hrs 😞) Maybe I’m not eating that well, maybe I need vitamins, maybe I’m demotivated. Continue like this, you don’t know how many people you inspire with your energy and your ideas!
