Radeon 760M Overclock to 3150 MHz feat. B650E Aorus Elite AX Ice | SkatterBencher #73

In today's video, we overclock the AMD Radeon 760M integrated into the Ryzen 5 8600G APU to 3150 MHz with the GIGABYTE B650E Aorus Elite AX Ice motherboard and custom loop water cooling.
I already overclocked the Ryzen 5 8600G CPU cores in SkatterBencher #72. Still, today, we finally get to do the most exciting part of APU tuning: overclock the integrated graphics. The Radeon 760M was unusually tricky to overclock and is especially sensitive to memory tuning.

26:13 Try tFAW=32 and check again for errors. Also, tRFC is insanely low. Try tRFC=560 or even more.

You should use Intel burn test as a stress test and select the maximum amount of ram, if it's Stable in Intel burn test, then it's always stable

Yes, you are correct. While excessive overclocking and overvolting can hurt your computer components, moderate overclocks and voltage adjustments will do little harm to your system.

One thing I dont understand is that AMD list the max clock speed on the RAM to be 5.2GHz, so is this because of "driver updates" or because the APU can utilize higher clock speeds for the graphics processing instead of the computational? Otherwise loved the video.

This is the clock they guarantee any CPU will support. Above that, they consider OC.
