OMG this could be the game changing recipe I’ve been searching for, I’m a 60 year old man who has been over weight for years and it has caused multiple health issues but I have made the decision that those days are over and I have been working hard to lose the weight and it is paying off but I still crave things like pizza, I came across this video and gave it a try, I have made it twice now for myself, my wife, and an adult son and we all love it, it tastes amazingly similar to a traditional thin crust pizza. I definitely used more cheese and toppings but paired it with a salad and was satisfied with one slice of pizza and it was delicious both times. Thank you for sharing this recipe and I also made your brownie recipe which is also delicious. I truly mean from the bottom of my heart that you have made a difference in my health so thank you.

Cornflour and cornstarch are actually often the same thing just different names in different countries - if it was white and kinda squeaky, that’s what you’re looking for. However, if it’s yellow, that’s not the same thing and wouldn’t work

tip for if you dont have cream of tartar, you can easily replace it with double the amount of lemon juice. if it calls for 1/2 tsp cot, substitute with 1tsp lemon juice, fresh preferred. Add that when your egg whites are frothy and double in size.

Used a tomato paste base then loaded it with a LOT of mushrooms, onion, spinach and used cottage cheese and parmesan for flavour (both less calories than regular cheese), with some natural yoghurt mixed with tikka flavouring dotted on it. The entire thing with all toppings, 250 calories.

Just so he doesn't have to keep telling everyone who asks, liquid egg whites can be used but are not recommended because they dont whip up as well /have the consistency of regular carton eggs, but its still possible to use them maybe use a little extra tartar, and for how many grams, 1 egg white is about 30 grams so youll need 180 grams of whites for this recipe! Also i love the videos man you make some awesome stuff im gonna try this today and im considering getting a ninja creami to make your protein icecream it looks so good!
