Sehri : 7 inch gandum/joo ka paratha 2 teaspoon desi ghee with omelette/ salan + hand full of mix nuts + yougurt 1 pao / lassi + small cup tea ¼ milk OR Healthy Cereal Hand full of nuts + 1 fruit OR. یا Daaliya With 8 strawberries 🍓 IFTAR TIME : 1/2 DATES + Lemon water/ chia seed drink + 1 cup 250 grams fruits chat masala With 3_4 onion / 🍆 pakora + 2 vegetables roll/ samosa home made . DINNER : 1 Cup yougurt with bhaliya add chat masala OR Chana chat OR Bran bread sandwiches 🥪 (1 slice cheese , veggies , palm size chicken in 2 slices ) OR 7 inches roti with salan OR 24 teaspoons rice. Midnight if feeling hungry Strawberry milk shake (200ml low fat milk , 1 strawberry) OR Garm small cup milk OR 2 Fruits. Stay hydrated 🥤

Sehri: 2tbsp virgin olive oil/desi ghee - paratha or barely flour roti + veggie omelette or any salan except potatoes & daal (lentils) - handful of nuts - 250grams low fat yogurt or lassi (add stevia or pink salt) If you want Tea then add 200g yogurt ^ above 2nd option Add Any fruit with above breakfast if hungrier 3rd option Bran flakes or Weetabix Or barely oats with hanful of nuts + 250ml low fat milk Iftar: Lemon water/tang/roohhafza Add chia seeds 1tbsp & sweetner if drinks are sugarfree^ + 1 cup fruit (no banana) Can add chat masala + 3-4 pakora (onion rings made in besan) non stick pan In little bit of oil Samosa/spring rolls (veggie made) No potatoes 🥔 Dinner: Dahi bhallay or channa chat 2nd option Or brown bread sandwich (Chicken sandwich or fish) 3rd option Roti with salan Or 24tsp rice with salan or on its own Late nice snack Strawberry milkshake add shakkar for taste

My routine in Ramzan Ik paratha with very less oil ya roti or ghar ka dahi 1/4 cup or half cup milk ya agr milk ni to tea. Iftari small cup fruit salad Tang juice small glass small bowl of dahi baray with chana or ghar ka bana salan 7inch roti ya rice and tang or sometimes besan ka cheela in very less oil that's my iftari and dinner because I don't take dinner but phir bhi Mera weight Kam ni ho raha hy even I walk also
