One of my favorite dumb, throw-away lyrics is from Bowling For Soup. She likes the God Smack / And I like Agent Orange / Her CD changer's full of singers that are mad at their dads. The Girl All The Bad Guys Want is a effing brilliant song and the Trash Talkers should react. Besides, Bowling For Soup did a lot of the music for Phineas & Ferb including the title track / intro.

SERENITY is a cool mellow GODSMACK song, heard Sully was a drummer in 4 bands before he Started GODSMACK. STRAIGHT OUTTA LINE, RE-ALIGN are great songs, I love KEEP AWAY.

Yea, Bautista was definitely the embodiment of Godsmack when he debuted. I'm pretty sure he even mentioned in early interviews that he was a big fan. Not entirely sure, though. It was many many years ago now. I feel old lol "Vampires" was my favorite song by Godsmack. "The Serpent and the Rainbow" is an amazing Cult Classic, btw. I highly recommend it.

I could see Godsmack being called post grunge but to me they're hard rock but have metal moments I guess.They're definitely heavier than Creed and Puddle of Mud. The 2nd Godsmack album called Awake is actually a heavy album. It's more metal ish than their other albums.

Hey, I've been watching you guys for a while and know that you guys like Slipknot. There's a cover of Wait and Bleed that came out about 4 months ago from a band called NYTT LAND. You guys need to hear it. They're a Nordic folk band (think of The Hu but with the singer of The Cranberries!) Surprisingly, I've only found 5 reactions to the song. Nytt Land themselves commented on a couple of them. I think it's the best cover that came out in 2024.
