I live in Eugene and we have bigfoot 15 minutes from our front door. Haven't seen one but their sign is all over the woods here. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'TRE LOOKING FOR!! We've been screamed at!! This sounded more like they were signalling reacher more than trying to scare is. I think we surprised them by pulling off the road there and with the kids, rapidly intruded on their position.

I took a friend hiking at a local state park, we were talking about bigfoot and she said she saw something large and black cross the path back the way we had came from. I didn't see anything but after the fact I did look and there was some strange tracks in the mud nearby and around the trail. i'm no expert but I don't think they were bear tracks, despite being about the right width.

do dog's really bark once to give a warning ?

Not likely. Usually the bark is followed by growling and another bark, but that's what it sounded like- a single bark. That's why I believe it wasn't a warning to me, but a signal to the others.

So glad you are more confident in your beliefs of what you may have encountered after your appearance on Bigfoot Odyssey. Your scepticism is good as you are always looking for alternative answers, but still come back to the idea for that particular incident, that maybe such a creature may exist. Maybe you could look at Mountain Beast Mysteries videos, as he and you seem quite similar to me in your attitude, and both of you seem to have a good sense of respect for the wilderness and keeping yourself and others safe, whilst also being open to different people's opinions and stories.

That sounded like classic bigfoot family interactions of sounds , and you got very close to a younger one good thing you had the kids with you or you might of seen some aggressive behavior from them. Best you not explore to much after hearing the first warning back off and leave.

Yes, regardless of the animal, but I think they were commutating with each other, not so much us.

@@RatandCatI ment they where communicating with one another so there wasn't an attack or bluff charge because the children where there, the first one with it's second call was telling the rest you where a family or kids non threatening.
