I have competed naturally, I have no doubt that you are natural. But staying this lean for a long period of time, has always impacted testosterone levels temporarily for that period of time. Isnt it the case with you, when the body fat drop below a certain level?

Just think about his physique bruh....he lean throughout the year....with shredded muscles and if you compair with saket (he trained for 8 year ) even saket is not able to maintain this kind of muscle through the year.. I genuinely follow him few year back but slowly I saw that he shredded for year.....with minimal amount of diet.....

Naturally it's possible but this is upper limit he could have reached 90% of his growth potential. On today's age it's very difficult to judge of someone is on steroids or not. But honestly it doesn't matter to us as we have our own body with our own natural potential and limit. You can check out wnbf bodybuilding shows it has Olympic level testing to actually find out what's naturally possible. But people this just because it's possible they can do it. It requires years of effort and commitment. And natural growth rate is highest within first 3-4years. So we can say 40-50% genetic limit is achieved if consistently trained with diet. But most people are lazy or give up. As bodybuilding requires you to go through pain everyday and most people don't wanna do that. Example - A lot of people appear for and exam but most get below 90%.
