there were three roles on each team - the Veteran (rays, simple) who spent most of their time cleaning up tedious stars and/or helping out the newbies of their team; the Newbie (fir, panga) who mostly didn't know where to go and were brought along by their big bros; the Wanderer (smant, sam) who mostly went off on their own and accumulated the plurality of their team's stars because they knew a good number of strats and most of the stars and just went and grabbed those that they knew. it was a really cool race to watch

1:13 I think that’s fair. The anchors can get the stars the fastest, so to prevent them from carrying, their teammates have to get stars for the anchor to progress, so the more experienced player is intended to help out most of the time.

This was actually pre damn hype and even though for awhile Simpleflips/SmallAnt/Panga won for a bit, there was several good moments in here: Like damn Redfalcon put in work against SmallAnt until the end, Showdown in SSL and Dark World reds and then outta nowhere Panga demonstrating why he was actually a boss and bonking Bowser in the Sky and everyone's confusion later was hella funny. Definitely do more of these, Ray, this was alotta fun to watch.
