@walkhumblywithGod6 жыл бұрын
@Hakan you could probably be deadlifting 220 kg naturally in 3 yrs or less, never sell out to steroids, lift 2 times per week at the most. Eat clean 90% of the time, don't waste your money on protein powders, or supplements.... one of the BEST post workout recoverys you can consume is 2-3 glasses of 1% milk and a banana or 2. Eat lots eat lots of veggies, and lean meat, and 3-4 pieces fruit a day, walk for 45-60 minutes on 3 of your non-lifting days. My best lifts are 525 deadlift, 340 bench, 609 lb pull using a shrug cage, 525 squat with no suit. All 100 % natural, zero p.e.ds. All the glory belongs to YAHWEH and YESHUA!

1:56 The mythical old man strength. Though the muscles may be gone, the tendon strength still remains and the body remembers it's old strength. It's one quarter old dense tendons, one quarter muscle memory, one quarter pain tolerance and one quarter pure old man badassery. Don't count a man out until his heart stops beating. See what @TheTigerFitness has said, it's not the juice, it's the genetics. Ronnie is not on as much gear as you thought (he wouldn't be where he is now if he was on some ridiculous doses like some people are using, for example Loyd being on 3000ml/week).
@DJYC2121511 жыл бұрын
Jev S. Tiger fitness personally doesn't use much shit. You'd need to sit and listen for an hour or 2 to ronnie coleman or a pro bodybuilder to hear what their real drug stacks are.

I can't believe that Ronnie gave up that small tight waist, his v-taper was really awesome! He could have been like a more massive Flex Wheeler. Compared to the future Bloated Big Ron you can even see how much his Nose, Lips and Skull grew... Not to mention how much his Stomach and Glutes did... His waist looks like it Tripled in Size! When your Stomach sticks out more than your Chest you've lost the most fundamental of all the principles in bodybuilding... HGH & IGF Ruined it All!

PowerOfRealMusic IGF-1 is INSULIN Growth Factor 1 so I know exactly what I'm talking about. Watch the 1998 Olympia video and you'll see that Ronnie had such Horrible Gyno in 1 of his Pecs that he needed a Bra! Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone and Nasser El Sonbaty were All more worthy of the 1998 Mr. Olympia title than Ronnie was.

Ronnie’s build in this video is amazing! I personally think this is his best look, his waist to shoulder ratio is insane much better look than the latter mass monster bubble gut look and as for the old guy pulling over 3x his weight if he juiced all his life he would of been the strongest guy in the galaxy and pulled Ron’s weight with his pinky!

The year after Ronnie's last show I read an interview he did and he said part of the reason he started lifting because as a teen he was always asked did he lift. The owner of the gym he trains at gave him a free membership because he saw so much potential in Ronnie. His genetics must be off the charts

So: An absolute unit lifted a big weight with a lot of pompous and noise, which is exciting. Then a skinny 75 year old lifts 2/3 of the weight, while being shouted at to “shake it off Roy”. Then Mr unit returns and lifts again. A good video
