It was so cool to see that. I hope we get to see more characters get their vision. I know we were trying to re-activates Kazuha's friend's Vision but other than that we really haven't seen much about Visions being given.

While I'm not the biggest Ayaka fan, this video really was beautiful. It's also the first time we get to see someone actually receive their vision, and it's super cool. This is the exact scene that is detailed in her vision profile, in glorious animated form. 4:30 it's not that she's going to start her own festival, per say, but the Kamisato Clan is in charge of them for Inazuma. The Tri-Commission all have different duties in the regulation of Inazuman society. They are essentially Inazuma's equivalent to Liyue's Qixing. The Tenryou Commission is in charge of military affairs, and the Kanjou Commission of financial affairs. The Yashiro Commission, which is headed by the Kamisato Clan, is in charge of cultural affairs. So things like festivals and ceremonies are the direct responsibility of the Kamisato Clan. Fun fact, her title of Shirasagi Himegimi means White Heron Princess. The White Heron symbolizes things like grace, which is very fitting for her. I said before how Kazuha was based on the romanticized idea of the ronin. In a similar way, the members of the Kamisato Clan are designed on the idea of a proper noble samurai clan. Ayato is meant to be the daimyo, Thoma is the loyal retainer, and Ayaka is the noble princess. 5:03 it isn't, no. It probably is meant to parallel the Traveler and their sibling bonds, but the field the Traveler is standing in is full of flowers that are...specific to a certain locale. That's kind of spoilerish so I won't say anymore on that.

Yeah it seems quite a few people are not a big fan of hers. I loved seeing that vision come to her, it was so so cool. I would like to see more of that where a character gets their vision. Ahhh okay that makes sense. So it is more of an appearance responsibility to be there at the festival. Thank you for clearing that up And look at you with more amazing fun facts and information!!! That is so interesting. And I was pretty sure it was a different area but I wasn't 100%

Ah, I love the Kamisatos (Ayaka, Ayato, and Thoma) They're all such good characters. 3:38 - Unfortunately Ayato hasn't been in any Archon Quest content. If you want to meet him, you'll need to unlock his Story Quest. (I think he's in the new event in 4.3, but I assume you'll need to have finished the Fontaine AQ to play it ) There is a fan animation called Story Teaser: Byakushin In Biting Snow that is based on Ayato's backstory. I don't know if it'll be good to react to, but it doesn't contain story spoilers so I recommend giving it a watch if you have time. (This animator also made Story Teaser: Dance Of The Revolt, about Eula and it is amazing! Highly Recommend)

They really are great characters for sure. Some of my favorites so far. That sucks we don't see him within an Archon quest but at least we get a Story Quest. I will have to check those videos out! I will see if I can do a react video of them and not get a copyright claim or anything like that

It's very sad. They were both so young when their parents died. And when they died, Ayato and Ayaka had to take up very heavy positions for the Clan. Which lead them both to getting their visions. Ayato to protect her and the clan. Abd Ayaka to help Ayato share that burden.

This teaser tells the story of how Ayaka gained her Vision, it was in this fight against her brother that the Vision appeared at the tip of her sword there are 3 more occasions in-game where you witness someone gaining a vision Ayato's quest is super politically heavy but if you're enjoying Inazuma you'll probably like it

04:59 it's not the same area the flowers field that the travelers was in, it can't be grown in Teyvat you would know more about this kind of flower in the Chasem archon quest :)

Yeah I like her too. She is just shy and reserved, in a world full of outgoing characters she is on the quiet side which I can appreciate. I loved that moment where she finally bested him and got her vision. Super cool moment to see.

I really like the Kamisato siblings and Thoma. I remember when I first saw this, I actually teared up a little because I had more understanding about her quest. Also, to meet Ayato you can meet him through his story quest. There's also been a couple limited time events where you get to interact with him more and they should be somewhere on KZbin if you ever want to check them out after you finish the archon quest. They are some of my favorite characters so far. Like you said, watching this after her quest really does give you more of an understanding of who she is and some of the hardships she has faced along with her brother. Careful! The game is making you want to pull for Ayaka! The primogems! The primogems are in danger! It's a very good video, usually the story of how the characters get their vision is hidden behind unlocking the character and having a certain friendship level with them, this animation is about how Ayaka got her vision, you could see the moment she steps and the floor freezes is the moment Ayato uses his hydro powers to attack, that's when she perfectly parries his sword and wins the duel, that moment was when she got her vision After that she started taking the public relations side of the Yashiro commission duties while her brother took the administrative side as the commissioner Ayato was released after the archon quest ended so you won't see him in the quest, but he will have his own story quest you'll get to play

Ignore the negative comments, there's a handful of people in the game that don't like introverted, shy, or quiet characters that they create a hostile polarity such as choosing Yoimiya over Ayaka or Klee over Qiqi. But yes, I really enjoyed Ayaka's character development too as she is one of the better characters who had development over time.

You hit the nail on the head! That is what I am thinking too is that she is the opposite of a lot of the characters in Genshin. She is shy and I totally understand that and she feels comfortable with the Traveller. She has been through a lot and lost a lot so her being reserved I get. I really do like her and seeing her come a little out of her shell to dance in the water was beautiful. "Dance like nobody's watching"

Notification squad!! 3:07 i believe this is when she got her cryo vision, during a duel with ayato (her brother). Well regardless, as a character I think she is undermined and she doesn't deserve it, i believe not alot of people like her due to her fanbase or her being overrated/being one of the best DPS characters in the game. Ayaka is one and most importantly one of the major characters of inazuma and she is definitely not irrelevant to the inazuma arc storyline (despite another comment here saying otherwise), another fun fact that if you rewatch teyvat chapter travail, when each of the nation arcs are shown, they show the most important non-archon or divine being involved with said archon questline, such as diluc has been a very important in mondstadt, ninguanng with the jade chamber sacrifice thing, ayaka was the one who helped the start of the inazuma arc which helped a certain someone orchestrate the rest, cyno and etc. Theres more i have to say about ayaka and cyno but those are spoilers

I loved that moment! Yeah I have noticed that Ayaka isn't the most popular character lol I do like her and especially going through her quest to understand her a bit more it made me appreciate her. She is an interesting character for sure and I think too that because she is one of the most quiet/shy characters we have seen people aren't a fan of that. idk Either way I enjoyed the quest and hanging out with her lol

Fun fact, the traditional samurai practiced various arts in addition to the sword. Calligraphy, flower arrangement, shogi, etc. This is likely a big inspiration for Ayaka, and interestingly, even though the Tenryou Commission is the military body of Inazuma, the Yashiro commission in charge of arts and culture embodies more of the samurai values. Kazuha, Ayaka, and Ayato are all the samurai you’ve seen so far and they are all acquainted with at least one art aside from swordplay. Ayaka of course, but also Kazuha with poetry and Ayato with calligraphy.

I think the place where the traveler and Ayaka standing is different. So far, though, there is no official lore about that one. I judge by the flowers. The flowers are different. The white flowers where traveler stands have meaning I guess but I don't remember what it is..

i wish there were Vision Quest stories .. which give the story behind how the characters got their Visions. I'm wondering why Ayaka got the Cryo vision rather than any other. I've no idea what the rules are. As far as i know, there's only one character who has a Vision story acted out in front of us.

Brooo I remember when I watched this trailer I was so excited to meet a strong aristocratic clan representative who determined to help her brother and overcome all the difficulties to stand by his side. Then I got another uwu otaku anime girl who could only befriend the traveler coz she's blind to all kinds of living things around her and a freaking simp. The one to raise her sword against her brother to support him and the clan was another one of those annoying ones to faint when mc steps in the world 😒 I'm so done with these troupes existing only for fanservice sh*t literally ruined the whole Inazuma story for me istg......

Wasn't that her real self? Then where does the facade come from? Her responsibility making her use facade? She's clearly well received by all of Inazuma don't give me the s*it that she couldn't enjoy her life before traveler came into the picture. She can't go there with Thoma who's by her side for years but can be free near one traveler whom she just met and told suddenly gets the inspiration to rebel coz she was depressed for years. It's clearly the clique anime troupe. And I'll tell you that if I saw this kind of story for the first time here I might not go to this far to criticise but I've seen this unreasonable thing too many times to make me annoyed. The gap in personality can make the character intresting or unrealistic and all depends on the execution.....
