I love the channel and I would give anything to be able to work with athletes. I'm good at baseball but to old to be a able to play. I had a very talented son and I have been training him when I can but he doesn't like it. I've never seen the ability that he has without working very much. I hope that he will watch this channel.

When I hear a trainer say someone is coachable I immediately think the coach cannot modify his program to an athlete who does not respond well to his method. I've seen it happen and it's happened to me.
