Thank you for an inspiring cooking video. I learned long ago that the most important ingredient in fried rice is the rice itself -- good quality and well dried-out makes the best fried rice, and it's one of my favourite dishes -- cheers!

Purchased the online sushi MasterClass as a Christmas gift for myself and with my son made sushi 2 nights in a row over New Years. Usually sushi making is a sticky stressful mess, but your calm manner, music, and tips made for a delicious dinner. Previously had been using too much rice, but now we know better. And it does make a difference when you purchase quality nori. Our second batch of nori was thinner than the first day and it was harder to roll and cut. Also .. we now make our own ginger and mayonnaise. Thank you!

After making the turmeric garlic fried rice SEVERAL times (it's really good!), I FINALLY made my first batch of this chili oil today, and made this dish tonight. It's really tasty too. This first time, I wanted to flesh out the chili garlic rice with vegetables and used red and yellow bell peppers and finely chopped kale (that's what I had on hand). Next time, I'll probably just do broccolini. With the green onions that'll be simple and really good. Thanks again for this recipe! Next up from your channel... chili garlic pasta! :-)
