Gotta say I watch your videos since before Jack Black one (different account) and as someone that developed body image issues due to gym mentality you got me back into a good place and made me a kb enthusiast. Man I even see the club videos just cause you’re great and to support. Wish I had the budget for the programs to support you but for now thank you for all the free instructions from which I try to piece together something ahaha. Keep on! Greetings from Italy!!

@ForteanEnquirer, unless you’re extremely tall you’ll probably have to choke up on the handle.

Got my Bells of Steel Wildman Edition adjustable competition kettlebell. It's very nice, and has the best paint, from what I can tell.

Sometimes I space out on things in your background: a dog, a pony, Orcas Island, that Mad Max truck behind you now. Always great content and great context.

Great content ad always! Clubs are my main tools now but I was wondering if we can expect a steel mace program from you eventually? With the usual quality of your programs it would be absolutely awesome!

Another consistently great video. What is amazing is that, after training with clubs (and kettlebells and maces) for 3+ years and counting, little changes in training produce immediate benefits. The side swing low to high with hip snap is a useful addition to the program.

Looks like throwing bales of hay into the mow. Probably not done much these days with automation but I spent a summer working on a dairy farm in the 70s and threw thousands of bales over the course of haying season. I became very strong for a skinny middle distance runner.

Wishing Wildman Athletica all the best for the Inaugural Staff workshop at Art Asylum. Intrigued to see if there are any escape-evade type drills in the video mix. Take super glue and zinc tape people!!! ⚕️

Help! My knee caps don't track properly. I swim masters competitively. Want to add leg/glut strength but can't squat. Suggestions?

I like that you offer exercises I can aim for as a progression goal so I never get to the point of boredom (it's happened with most of my other exercise atrempts). Question: do you have any videos on balance training or program consoderations for balance? I have really bad balance and I know if I don't address it, this will become the limiting factor for my athleticism growth and adventuring options.

Are there moves related to clubs like the basic 6 in kettlebell? I think I counted 23-24 videos now for clubs but how many are building blocks to get to the next one and is there a final list of moves you eventually will do?

I found my answer on an older video. I know you have a lot going on.

It seems as though youtube (not the content or the content creators) is devolving.
