Probably one of the best double-bicep poses ever, considering the shape and size of his biceps (with split peaks), and the overall shape of his physique; the tapering into that really small waist and then flaring out with the sweep in those quads. Just an absolute perfect double-bicep pose.

Funny how a young guy talks like it's just a given they get a pro card at every National show. The Jr shows used to not give Pro cards! It was only a stepping stone to the regular USA's, Nationals and North Americans before they started giving a pro card at every show to multiple weight class placers.🥱
@FouadAbiad4 жыл бұрын
Tony Ruggiero I thought that was odd, I coulda swore the Jr’s wasn’t awarded pro cards back in the day.

@@FouadAbiad Another reason why bodybuilding turned into a joke. Every clown has a pro card, and many don't deserve it, and don't belong on a pro stage! IMO! Remember jumbo Palumbo won the junior Nationals back in the day when it was on TV and I thought he was a freak but never deserved to get a pro card. When the judges start to reward physiques like that something's gone wrong!

Keone has a great physique without a doubt but when he says he competed naturally at the 2019 ASC and placed 4th i mean , come on man ! It's like Mike Ashley claiming he competed in the pros "Naturally" which is ABSURD and an insane insult to his competitors .

If he cant consolidate the intensity of 6 sets into 4, then he's not training efficiently. He's a bit aggitated by constructive criticism but he's young. Hopefully he doesn't continue this passive aggressive ignorance. He looks good, he just needs to take care of his body
@velse98694 жыл бұрын
@@kevs2good133 If he knew what he was doing he wouldn't be needing a trainer and with your logic - everyone including pros would just hire Flex Wheeler. BTW he's not training under Flex, he didn't even like the way he looked at the Arnold because he trained under Flex.
