After watching this, I have a lot more respect for Vince and Truman Boots. I have seen the comments saying he's rude to customers yada yada but I took that with a grain of salt. People are quick to complain when the "customer is always right" entitlement isn't the norm with a company. To me he seems like an honest guy that just wants to improve his community. Glad he isn't someone that's trying to put on a show for people and isn't willing to change who he is just to sell more boots.

When i first see their black wax flesh, i told myself i just have to have it and follow up with the java wax flesh. Black teacore and rambler are next on my list. For some reasons, i only like Red Wing moc toe and Truman service boots. Great styling, great build and always stand out. Truman founder seem like a cool, laid back dude, I am glad to see him on your channel.

Im watching this in my new stone ramblers. I am in love with these boots. Ive had other brands before (thursday, wolverine, thorogood), but these are hands down my favorites. Drywall dust is brutal on work boots as well as concrete dust - wicks all the moisture out of the leather if left sitting. I brush mine off after every wear. Looking forward to getting my first pair of Trumans!

My 20 last Cognac Shrunken Bisons (9D) are a little snug, I wish they were available in EE. Same with the Derby's, EE width in maybe a 79 last??

Vince is such a nice guy. I have purchased several pairs of Truman boots and I am not of the opinion that they were unpleasant to buy from. However I never felt appreciated. Considering their dedication to their product, I would think that they would invest some more in their relationship with their customers. After all when I wear their boots I am advertising for them. As it stands I will tell admirers that I love their product but dealing with them isn't wonderful. By contrast I've ordered some Gaziano & Girling Burnhams. Granted, way more expensive. But it seems to me that Vince's company could be just a tad more like G & G.

I sure hope you’ve been out to Eugene to visit the company given how many pairs you have. It’s pretty humble but you can stop in and visit Bakers while there. And go visit Wesco up near Portland. Or go to the coast and enjoy the beach.

Great acquisition man ! Those are some lovely boots . I want to get a pair of rough out leather and been looking at the Morley from Wolverine, Aldens, and lately Whites. Im definitely going for the Whites cutters . You mentioned you own a pair of Muleskinners. is there a sizing difference ? I own 3 pairs of RW’s and the sizing between them is pretty accurate. Will I have to size down on the Whites ? What was your experience.. you really scored big on ebay . Congrats !

Truman sizing is consistent with redwing, my whites in the same size are slightly more roomy but I wouldn’t size any differently

Waxed Java Flesh are my daily work boots. I’m not going to lie I had to add an insole. But they are wearing like iron. These boots that are being shown in the video are like brand new and don’t even look worn.

Honestly, I'm buying from another brand after watching this video. He's young and has way too greedy hands in too many pies, and declared he's after even more. I don't like that. I'm thankful he did this interview instead of relegating it to someone else like he does his other ventures, as he says so in this video. Hey Dale, when did you and how did you know when to use ivermectin or another antiparasitic? I'm displaying symptoms of a possible parasite or need of detoxification and don't know what to go with. Thinking of bentonite clay to start with?

Activated charcoal is my favorite cleanser! Bentonite clay I find is good for body masks but when I take it internally I don’t notice much. The charcoal however will change your perception of reality……. Just like Truman boots 😉

I have a pair of Truman Moc Toes. I love them. However, I had both feet reconstructed from my time in the Marines. And I need a little wider boot to help with pain. I contacted Truman to see if they can make custom boots with whatever price increase it would be. And I was willing to go to the shop for any measurements. They did not even give it a consideration. I just cannot get behind a high end custom boot company. If I cannot have custom boots made only because, I have to have them a little different in order to wear them. I do not think they are wrong or bad because of this. But it really sucks that they do not. And is why I only have 1 pair of their boots. But if you do not have Fd up feet. I cannot recommended them enough. Beautiful leather. Beautiful designs. And seem comfortable excluding my own personal issues. Quality is great. Looks are great. But if you have bad feet. Not the company for you.
