I actually ran a habbo competition which I used to scam people with the help of my sister: You didn't have to pay to enter the competition. You basically just rolled a die, and the ones with the highest numbers passed onto the next round and and so on until there was only one person left. That person would win an expensive furniture of their choosing. We had a rule where you could pay to get back in if you lost, and my sister, who pretended to be a stranger, always "payed" her way back in until she won. That way, we would scam those buying themselves back in. FYI, me and my sister were both under the age of 10 at the time.

Lmaoo I used to do this to, but with an in-game friend. It was a game of ff, I would pretend to p2p and then the game resumes. Young me wasn’t so bright back then, we were exposed since the last player noticed both of our speech bubbles which meant that we were whispering with each other. Ahhh, those were the not-so-good times.

@@colbaltheretic1518 I made one more video about Habbo called "Pedx Owned Server - History of Habbo" I intended to make a series of it about all the stories but it didn't really take off like my original video.
I was there during the pedo scandal (played it for a few years before). It caused the Habbo-wide mute, were the chat function was completely disabled. Just complete dead silence in every single room, although I think people might have still able to use DMs? Kinda fuzzy on that, as I stopped playing it during that time. The cause was that pedos were luring kids onto Skype with the promise of credits/furni, getting them to do shit and then blackmailing them with pics they had taken of them.
@KCC04232 жыл бұрын
that whole situation was the downfall of habbo. when that happened people stopped playing bc you couldn’t type anything & when it was over habbo was never the same again. also they changed so many rules after that situation, it was unbearable. i go back on there every once in awhile just to see & it’s so dry, not like it use to be. 😭

Used to be in one of those pyramid schemes. Advertised it's self as a milsim but I just sat at a desk for hours recruiting people until I was like a Lieutenant were I transitioned to sitting in the further back rooms of the base doing nothing and occasionally gettinga request to give the most basic type of briefing (I think it was branch assignment) or telling some answering some random peasants questions. Once asked a trainer how we were even going to emulate fighting in habbo because he was discussing war with us and he just flat out told us he didn't know. I don't think I even had access to guns tell I was a master Sargeant and I'm pretty sure I wasn't allowed to go into but two rooms in the base and my cubical until I was Lieutenant. Mildly entertaining talking to the occasional troll but other than that boring as shit.

I'll never forget the time I joined a room filled with what I could only describe as the most spotless void discovered by mankind or perhaps only me? Spotless as in clean though, no turds or online daters, nothing. In this void I was greeted by 4 bald men sitting on 4 toilets, all whom reminded me of Mr Clean or every other known bald man. They spoke the same sentence, at the same time and rose up synchronized. They were not threatening atleast I'd like to think so, but even so, I couldn't help to feel this sensation of despair or defeat, It came out of nowhere, like an unwanted pregnancy. I felt powerless, small, confused and overall, very *hygienic*

Man, I remember the kind of dumb shit you could get away with on this website. I had this huge towering pillar of gold bars (through methods I still do not recall), and I constructed a small diving board onto a trampoline - and I made people *pay* gold coins to jump off of it. It was pointless. It had no entertainment value. You jumped off once, landed, and it teleported you back to the start. While it wasn't sustainable, it did give me plenty of coins to waste around on other things. What a nostalgic memory.

I remember working my way up the financial Habbo Hotel ladder as a kid. Started by pretending I was a girl and asked random lonely kids (and probably many pedos, looking back now) for furniture. Once I had acquired enough capital, I started my own scam -- a game of musical chairs in which the contestants payed for entry, and could win extravagant pieces of furniture if you were the last one standing. My friends on alternate accounts were always the last ones standing, and so they won nothing, but were paid out by me instead. Good times.

I was one of the riches people on the Swedish habbo. What's fking awesome is that I started as a beggar that asked for trash. I got a crappy chair and then I built it from there. I built an entire empire with a bunch of game rooms and stores with workers. I scammed people, I made HUGE profits on trades and i was a little kid with more power than ever. I even reached the point where I coded my own software (as a kid) that I promised would give people free coins but in reality it sent me their account info. Thank god for regulation in the real world because I would be a evil villain!

Who was there when they had the game where you go against eachother on a bouncy ball and who ever had the most squares won ? You had to bounce on the same square 2-3 times to claim it too. It was a HC game and was so fun to play
