In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread risk.

Since 2020 house price skyrocketed 50,000 to 100,000 more, so those price drops of 5000, 10000, 50000 are NOT enough and DON'T count as price drops PERIOD. It's like having a house for 230,000 in 2020 then selling it at 330000 then they say price drop to 320000 😂 what a joke. The only reason people buy these houses is the abusive cycle of the insufficient inventory overpriced house buying thus being cornered with no other choice other than spiking rent or living in your car 🚗 or street. And the blabbering buffoons like clowns that keep parroting 🦜 thing well its about supply and demand and blah blah blah while offering no solution with even a hint of introspective thought by truly putting themselves in the middle class situation. We are screwed without a massive increase in inventory to drag prices down.
